- Depending on which delivery option you choose, delivery can take up to 2 to 5 business days, sometimes a little longer due to Fedex and USPS being on back order due to COVID-19. Milwaukee, WI orders have an option to be picked up and/or delivered depending on location. 

 

I purchased an item and I'm not happy with it. Can i return it and get a refund?

-Unfortunately with all orders, we cannot refund any items due to sanitary purposes and COVID-19. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL, we do NOT accept any items back.

Which carrier will my item be shipped?

-Everything is either shipped with Fedex and USPS. Tracking number should be sent out to customers in a couple of days. Make sure to check via emails.

How long does the hair last? 

-With proper care, our hair can last 8 months to over a year. Once you take proper care, make sure to storage it in a silky bag to keep it from knotting and having a weird smell. 

  

 What is Transparent lace? 

A transparent lace is a lace ranging in various transparent colors. Colors range from dark and medium brown to light brown and transparent. The great thing about a transparent lace wig is that despite your complexion, this lace will match. For dark skin tones, a light brown transparent lace will melt just as good as a lighter lace.
